• I have a multilingual site – read your info about this, but cannot figure out how to translatge the unsubscribe and my subscription page. As far as i can see you cannot have one page in each language, since the “unsubscribe” link in the emails only can be set to one page, or have i missed something?

I can – like I did in the email – write in both languages on this page, but the actual link with its text only comes in one language. That is – the text displayed by the [mailpoet_page] shortcode only displays in one language. Tips on how to handle this??

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi there @alhbin,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Indeed, you should use a filter to customize text on your Unsubscribe page.

You can put two paragraphs of text in two languages saying something like: “Please click on the link below to unsubscribe” and then for the actual link after text you can use “Click here/Cliquez ici”.

The filter to use is listed here at the bottom of the doc: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/221-customize-your-unsubscribe-page

    Cheers!

    Hi there @alhbin,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
