Multilingual problems – WPML

Hi guys.
I see you’re quicker to respond to users that use your “free version” than to the ones that pay the full lifetime license. Maybe I can get an answer thsi way? I’ve sent you the same email 2 times. First one on february 14th and still no response! that’s really bad supprt!

We love your plugin, but we’re hitting a problem with a feature that would solve a legal issue on the online store of our client.

Short story: in Portugal (and we believe in most EU countries) it is mandatory that when you have product sales, you have to add to each single product page a message stating beginning and ending date and “limitation of stock”. We’ve been doing it one-by-one on each product (I know, right?!).

We found that the feature PRODUCTS >> PRODUCT INFO would solve the problem, by attributing the “sales” category to the products on sale and the message via this tool and adding the text message.
However, when we select the “product category to include”, this field dynamically fetches the existing categories and does not link translations.
This results in selecting product category “PROMOTIONS” (EN) to include the message but, when viewing the site in Portuguese, the products on “PROMO??ES” (translation of “promotion”) do not show the message added by the “product info” tool. Furthermore, if we set category “promotions” in English and then try to change language and go to settings in Portuguese there will be no category stated on the “Portuguese” settings.

The message itself is translatable via WPML String translator, but not the category!
Can you help with this? Would this be something you can include in a future update?
