Multilingual not working after upgrade to pro version

Hi, I have created a survey and added the form in a page that is available in German and English. The survey was working fine – even with my own multilingual parts in the title, questions, etc. After upgrading to pro version it doesn’t work at all. As soon as I add the shortcode for the survey, the complete English page is no longer displayed ??
