    Hi,

    I would like first to thank you for this plugin!
    Nevertheless, I would like to have some help to correct some errors and make the plugin more useful for my website.

    1. We have 2 languages (EN and FR) and 25 products (the same one)

    But as you can see on the screenshot the plugin is creating an extra 25 products for one of the languages with the description of the other.

    We basically have an extra 25 products tagged as English but with a french description.

    Is there a way to fix this? Does the plugin support multilingual WordPress?

    2. The feed extract downloaded from GMC is unusable

    It can be opened with Google Sheets or Excel. But, as you can see on these screenshots 1, 2 the data is all over the place. It cannot be used to do any modifications.

    Is it possible to obtain a clean file while using this plugin?

    With WooCommerce by default, there is only one language, and it looks like you’re using a third-party multilingual plugin to add more languages.

    On our side, we will not be able to guarantee compatibility with third-party plugins I’m afraid, and code customization might be necessary in order to make sure that languages added by the multilanguage plugin are correctly recognized by the Google Listings and Ads extension.

    Such customization is not covered under our support policy, however, if you decide to pursue such functionality and find yourself in need of help with the code – I’d recommend reaching out to someone from our customizations page: https://woocommerce.com/customizations.

    2. The feed extract downloaded from GMC is unusable. Is it possible to obtain a clean file while using this plugin?

    That functionality is not currently available in the plugin. I would recommend reaching out to Google Merchant Center’s support team to share that feedback regarding the feed download.
