multilingual events managing solution

For days I’m searching (google) for a working solution for a multilingual WordPress site (better WPML, if not possible, then with multisite), for which I need to implement an event management system. It must have a calendar of the created events and direct booking facility with a payment gateway at least Paypal or VISA or bank transfer. It should be possible for the events to be able to offer at least in German and English and be synchronously switched to the selected language of the site (with flag icons). There are indeed some plugins, such as ‘Espresso’, ‘Events Calendar Registration & Booking’, ‘The Events Calendar’ (Pro), ‘Events Manager’ etc. but apparently none of these plugins really works in multiple languages.
The Events Manager is told to be WPML compatible but on the website of the plugin there you can find the infos about a ‘Events Manager and WPML Compatibility’ plugin, but this was not updated for more than a year and the comments suggest that it does not work.

Does anyone know a professional working solution (including fee requiring) for my project?
