MULTILINGUAL?

    I am managing a multilingual website with WPML. It happens that, especially for scientific terms, we use the same English word in all languages (e.g. we say “good practice” both when we write in English and Spanish). Is it possible to redirect the internal link “good practices” to the English version of the page for English visitors and to the Spanish version of the page for the Spanish visitors?
