I am afraid it isn’t possible to create a repeater, this feature is under development and it is estimated to 1.16, but we can’t give an estimated time as the upcoming version is 1.15.6 https://wpmudev.com/roadmap/#forminator

If you are using a small number of fields you can use the visibility feature, please scroll down to conditionals:

https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#forminator-fields

So you can set a number field where the user enters the amount and then the conditionals will match this amount.
