Multilevel tabs

Is there anyway to have multilevel tabs within one post/page.
Let say I need two main tabs (example: Game 1 & Game 2), and within those two tabs, I need three more sub-tabs (example: Recap, Box Score, Scoring Summary).
Is this possible?
