Multilanguage with WPML – How to?

Hi there

I try to install ultimate member with wpml and it works quite well. But some steps were really not easy to find out and there isn’t a how to on the web.. so here are some of my fails for you.

But first, one thing I don’t know, maybe you have a solution for this:
– How can I get translated strings on search form?
– How do I translate roles the correct way and use them as a search criteria?

Now my (not very detailed lsit):

– load all translations of ultimate member you need into /wp-content/translation/plugins/
– make languages available in subfolders like /de or /fr for german or french (?lang=de doesn’t work everywhere)

– don’t make ‘um forms’ and ‘um member directories’ translatable
– translate strings with wpml string translation, export all strings of ultimate member to *.po with new strings, make *.mo with https://po2mo.net and override language files in /wp-content/translation/plugins/

So, like this ist should work the most.. Translated emails is another part.. Sadly there isn’t a good solution. I will make emails with multilanguage in one.
