Multilanguage site missing one main language page

Hello!
I am running a 3.8.1 wp, twenty fourteen theme. I have an issue with my multisite multilanguage wp network. My network setup is:

network page slovenian – deusa.si
italian page – deusa.si/it
croatian page – deusa.si/hr
spanish page – deusa.si/es
english page – deusa.si/en

All the pages are working fine except the main italian page that gives me “You don’t have permission to access /it/ on this server.” The other posts and pages on the italian are also working fine.

There was a previous html installation on “deusa.si/it” and I renamed the old “index.php”.

How can I fix it?
