Multilanguage plugins – which one?

I’ve been looking into the existing plugins and I’m not sure they cater to what I want.

My blog is in english and I just need to be able to write some stuff in Japanese such as song titles or names. I do not need to translate entire posts or have one language displayed and the other hidden and certainly not change the entire interface into japanese (not that good yet at all!) which seems is what all plugins do? Right now if I write anything in japanese, it just shows up as questions marks.

So is it a plugin I need to fix this? And if so which one would be best? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
