I am unable to get my banner to show up in multiple languages. I am using GTranslate, so I disabled WPML auto support. I have set different text for en,de,fr,it,es,cs languages. Language source = URL and my path uses the form yourdomain.com/de/ so I have set the regex as /[a-z]{2}/. I have also tried /[A-Za-z]{2}/.

The banner is always displayed in my default language English.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi, this this regex: /[a-z]{2}/ should work in your case.

Can you please send me a full export of your settings to the info@ mail? Then I can have a better look.

Maybe it is an caching issue. Is GT translate caching things? Or do you have anaother caching plugin?

Thank you, I have sent you an email. We use SiteGround Optimizer for caching. I am trying to load the pages in Google incognito mode.

Hi, thanks a lot for the mail. I tested it and had a review of you banner settings and I was not able to reproduce it.

I am pretty sure it is your caching plugin.

Please see here: https://beautiful-cookie-banner.com/documentation/how-to-exclude-beautiful-cookie-banner-from-wp-rocket-plugin-plugin/ and check how you can apply those things to your caching plugin.

You can test it by disabling the caching and see if the multilanguage works then.
