• Hello, we have two multiday events, one in june 2024, where both events have the same color, but the second one is the one which goes til 13th june and the first one goes til 7th june. In the calender it looks like the first event is the longer one. Example: https://www.gymnasium-wesermuende.de/kalender/?r34icsym=202406

the color of the multiday event for the middle and last elements are transparent. With marking them, you can figure out which event them are belongig.

    Can this be fixed?

Unfortunately this is an inherent limitation in the design and is unlikely to be fixed in the free version, because it would require completely rebuilding the template. The Full view in the Pro version was added as an alternative, but unfortunately due to the significant extra development that was involved in getting it going, I couldn’t make it part of the free version.

Is there a rule which event will be the first one? maybe an alphabetic order or the one which was created first/last?

Whichever one starts first is rendered first. In this case, your event in yellow starts on the 17th and the one in green starts on the 18th, so the yellow one will always get listed first.

But in this example both events start on the same day.

Edit: I found out, it has to be alphabetical.

A fix for multiday events which start the same day, that at first the order is not alphabetical. There have to be a an algorithm which orders the event with the one with the longest days first and the shortest last. And then events with the same start day and same day length should be ordered alphabetically. A function for this is easy to build logic wise.

That’s not immediately feasible with how the data and template are structured. I think it could be possible, but it’s definitely not simple at this point.
