Multiday event only shows start date

Hi there!

First of all: I really love your plugin!!!
We are using it already in a while on our website.

Now, we are on school vacation and I created an event which lasts six weeks. Unfortunately, in the widget it only shows the first day of the event, i. e. the start of the vacation period on 27th of July.

Is there a possibility that this date in the widget will be updated to the actual day every day, i. e., that today it says “4h of August” and not “27th of July”?

While searching for a solution, I found already this post. But if I change the settings of the event to repeat every day during the vacation period, it will be displayed in my widget four times, because we have set that four events will be displayed in the widget at the same time.

So do you have any solution for this issue?!
