multicurrency drop down box is not generated

  • Hi there,

    just installed the new plugin, and got all the key and settings ready, but the drop down box of multicurrency is not being generated, it just shows as a unorder list below the add to cart button:

    United States (US) dollar ($) – USD
    Euro (€) – EUR
    Pound sterling (￡) – GBP
    Japanese yen (￥) – JPY

    and there is also no hyperlink to change the currency.

    I am using wordpress onepress theme, now sure if it is compatibility issue.

    Please advise, thank you!

    !hello @travelavenger,

    We don’t have similar reports at the moment but so far it sounds like there is JS error, although it could be a compatibility issue as well.

    Could you please share a link where we can see the problem?
