Multi vendor shipping plugin

Hello dear.
i am inserted in your plugin. i have a multi vendor e commerce site which runs on woocommerce and wc vendor pro. i am looking for a plugin which works like ebay shipping which vendor can select carriers and customer can see the live shipping rate based on his location and have ability to select desired shipping option which seller provides if he provides different shipping options and it should be live rates. please let me know if your plugin is capable of fulfilling my requirement. i hope you understand what my requirement is. if required further information please do not hesitate to contact me
