    Dear Support,
I have set up the free version of yith multivendor, and created a demo vendor.I have set the yith account widget to log in with /wp-admin setting. When I log in as the vendor, I do not log in to the dashboard view, but to my account view instead. Where am I going wrong? Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

    Yours sincerely
    Eunice

To clarify, I get the WordPress Dashboard Menu item on the upper left hand area, but when I click on it, it stays on the my-account screen. The Backend Dashboard Menu Item, does not active the Backend Dashboard.

    Hi there,
Please, try to deactivate all plugins and see if the problem disappear. If so, try to activate them again one by one and see which one produces the issue.
If the problem is not from a plugin, try to activate the default theme Twenty Sixteen or Twenty Seventeen and see if you have the same issue.

Also, if you have customized files in your theme, please try with a fresh installation without customization.

Remember that if you have a plugin for the cache, you need to delete the cache before to disable it.
