• Two different customers are able to book same room at same dates even room quantity has reached to the limit.

    Step :
    1. In one browser select a room with maximum quantity
    2. In another browser select the same room with any quantity with same dates on user 1 selected
    3. Select checkout button in both browsers
    4. Provide all mandatory details on checkout page in both browsers
    5. Select Checkout button.”

    I’ve tested the process as you said but there isn’t any error like you said. When I select a room with maximum quantity in one browser, select the same room with any quantity, one of browser can checkout. But the left browser can’t add to cart. It say “Cart Empty”.

    Hi Thoa Kim,

    1. Thanks for your reply, its replicating on our website (https://arsdigitech.com/hotelparkgreen/) it replicate if both users book the same room for same dates at same time. Booking order numbers are 1301 and 1302 both booking are dated 15-16 Feb 2018 for same room “Deluxe Luxury Rooms”.

    2. It also replicate if wp-admin is booking the room from backend and a user books the same room from frontend.

    Our WordPress version is 4.8.4.
    WP Hotel Booking Plugin version is 1.6.3.1

    Can you please update WP Hotel Booking version 1.7.9.8. Version 1.6.3.1 is too old.
