multi user file upload system for class projects?

Hello!

I am looking for an wordpress plugin where only registred users can upload files directly in wordpress and all other users can view and download the files provided by others over an easy overview page where all files are listed.
The admin should be able to delete files and the user who uploaded it.

I need it for my class to let my colleques exchange their work. I have been looking for such a plugin since a long time with no succes, because most upload plugins only provide the user a overview of only his self uploaded files. I hope that anyone can help me to find the right plugin.
I cant write it myself because i have allmost no knowledge in PHP.
