Hi @psimatrix,
Glad you reached out. It looks like your theme or possibly another plugin is applying some CSS to the donation form. I’ll need a look at your system information to dig in. Your system information is one of the most helpful tools for us to use when we start digging in to a potential issue. It gives us a peek at your site’s environment, which can give us helpful clues. You can do this by navigating to Donations > Tools > System Info (tab) and click the button to “Get System Report” and copy/paste that in your reply here.
Once I have a little more context, I’ll be able to hop in. Let me know if you have questions in the meantime, I’m happy to help.
The demo page I posted is bare-bones and stripped-down without any CSS and the theme template strips out all the themes normal scripts and styles. So that really shouldn’t be the problem. Just look at the Inspector CSS list. It’s very short.
So I don’t see any CSS conflicts or differences. Any clue as to what element might have a CSS style conflict?
What I do see is that the child iframe isn’t resizing after the buttons are clicked, which points more to a library issue.
Could it be a JavaScript library conflict? As there’s no console notices in test mode, it’s impossible to determine which library is used for this feature.
I reviewed the System Info before submitting my issue. It doesn’t identify any missing libraries or conflicts. Here’s the output:

Hi @psimatrix,
When I take a look at the console, I can see something is setting the height to 423 px, which would indicate some CSS is being applied by either your theme or another plugin. We can test this pretty quickly, I’ll include those steps below. Before moving to troubleshooting, I do recommend having a backup of the site you can confidently restore from. I also recommend trying these steps on a staging site rather than on your live site if you have that option available.
1. Switch your theme. Let’s try to switching the theme to Twenty Twenty, and then giving that page a look. It if clears things up, we’ve identified the theme.
2. Running a Health Check. We recommend using a Health Check when trying to rule out conflicts with other plugins. You’ll essentially be disabling plugins and checking to see if the styling clears up.
We need to rule out whatever is applying styling to that form. Once we know where the CSS is coming from, we can make some adjustments that should get that form displaying correctly.
Let me know if you have questions about this in the meantime.Hi @psimatrix,
It’s been a bit since I’ve heard back, and I know sometimes it takes a little extra time to run through the instructions we provide. I’m marking this as resolved for now, but if you still have questions you can create a new ticket right here and we’ll be happy to give things another look.
Have a great day!
