Multi-Step-Form Icon

Dear Developer,
nice to see that a lot of people discoverded the need of a multi-step-form-Plugin for WordPress.

We released our Plugin in December last year.

You are using our Plugin-ICON.
This Icon is a media asset and as far as we know media-assets are not under gpl license.
Just to make sure that these plugins are from different developer Teams we want you to remove that icon immediately.
Regarding your codecanyon activity we want you to remove the icons for your Pro-version as well.

The icon is our property and not free for use.
