Multi Step Form Bugs

  • Hi admin,

    I noticed not all of the entries submitted by the user are reflected in the email being sent to me as record.

    Also, there will be a “submit fail” error when a user tries to submit multiple line comments in a text area.

    How to fix these bugs?

    Please make sure that all headings are filled out properly, that may cause your error.

    We will recheck your issue with the multiple lines and let you now about the results.

    We tested “multiple lines” successfully. It works in our installs.
    You can contact us via our company page and send us your exported form for further debugging.
    We only test the structure of the form, we cannot debug all constellations in your Worpress.
