Multi step checkout

Is it possible to make a multi step checkout? Something like this:

1. cart (without payment options)
2. Select payment option
3. chechout (totals and user details)
4. thank you

…so there is an additional “step/page” for selecting a payment option.
Can this be done with Woocommerce in any way?
