    Assuming you are using the basic free version of Google Apps Login, the plugin provides ‘sign-on’ functionality only. i.e. it is essentially an alternative to (Google) users entering their WordPress username and password.

    Therefore, you need to consider how you would limit access to different users in WordPress generally, rather than just when they choose to login via Google. I’m sure there are many ways to do this with multisite WordPress. You might like to take a look at the free Multisite User Management plugin – I think that will help you.
