Multi-site panel erases avatars

  • Avatars deleted when going to multi-site dashboard:
    1. Go to site dashboard -> Users -> Add avatar.
    2. Refresh browser, go to other page in dashboard and go back.
    Expected: Avatars still there.
    Actual: Avatars still there.
    3. Go to multisite network dashboard -> Users.
    Expected: Avatars showing.
    Actual: Avatars not showing.
    4. Go to site dashboard -> Users.
    Expected: Avatars showing.
    Actual: Avatars removed/missing.
