Multi Site Not Working

    What are the steps to reproduce a problem?
    Did you go to your control panel and created a wildcard subdomain. If you were using subdomains… they needed a wildcard subdomain. If you were using an old install of wordpress that is at least a couple of months old… you may need to setup subdomains.
    I see your subdomains has lead to these error pages.

    How did you create ccleaner-download.getsoftonic.com? It seems to me that you did not go to the Network menu to create the site.
