multi site mapping domain on goole cloud hosting

hello,
I need your help to configure how I manage multi-domain by mapping domains

less say I have tow domains primary and secondary

the primary is “one.com”
the secondary is “two.com”

I map both by record type ‘A’ to the static IP.
I did make a web site with the subdomain “two.one.com”

when I change the URL to “two.com” the site is loaded but I can’t access the dashboard.

how I should configure it properly, I have looking for tutorials but I did found an answer.
