Multi site, Domain mapping, other sites redirecting to main site…

OK…I created a multi-site with 2 blog directories for different streams. I called my hosting service “Godaddy” when I wanted to point my domain name to that folder to load that site. Well he told me I needed to move the files into my main html hosting spot. It screwed up my site. I couldn’t login and then I had a friend go thru my files to look it over and he was able to get the site back up however that then made my other sites that are wordpress based not to load. Can someone help me re-configure the sites?

I see the directories: wp-admin, wp-content, wp-includes and the files wp-activate, wp-blogheader, etc… are all in the main html directory(main hosting file) and then the site I created TTWNYC is there too.

I just want the site to go back to working the way it was and get the domain to direct to that site like my other websites.

I don’t care if they aren’t all under the multisite login. That was just something I was experimenting with to maybe add other sites later too.
