Multi Site Dashboard and Theme Issue

Hello,

I’ve installed the wp multisite for my website. from the Network admin area I was able to create another site.

Once the site was created it gave me the option to go into the dashboard.

When I click on the dashboard for the new site it tells me that the page can not be found. So now at this point I’m stumped and have no clue of what the problem might be.

And also the site has no theme, So do I install themes for each site i create or does it use the same themes from my primary site.
