Multi-site compatibility

    Hi, we’re in the process of building a multi-site WP site and need to find out if this plugin is fully compatible as there doesn’t seem to be any info in documentation?

    We have a main website with Paid Membership Subscriptions installed, where users purchase subscriptions, control their account etc and this works really well. The subscriptions allow them to automatically create a subsite, which then needs to allow certain customisation features based on their subscription.

    I.e If they have a basic subscription, they can change their logo via a custom frontend form, but if they have a higher subscription tier, they can change the website colour scheme.

    We’ve network installed the plugin and tried pms_get_member to find out their subscription plan on the subsite, but it doesn’t recognise it as it’s been purchased on the main site. Is there any way we can make a member’s subscription information available to subsites too?

    Hello there,

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to share the users’ membership information on a multisite network. This information will appear (and can be used) only on the specific site from where the user purchased the subscription plan.
