• I can not get editor-style.css to show in format menu in a multisite
can do it no problem on single site

I have this plug in installed on 2 sites with the same versions of every thing
    Versions: TinyMCE Advanced 4.1.9 | WP 4.2
One site is single site and the other a multisite.
The options in the plugin setting page for Import editor-style.css are different

single site – options 2 tick boxes
    — Import editor-style.css.
It seems your theme does not support customised styles for the editor. You can create a CSS file named editor-style.css and upload it to your theme’s directory. After that, enable this setting.

    — Load the CSS classes used in editor-style.css and replace the Formats button and sub-menu.

multi site – options 1 tick box
    — Load the CSS classes used in editor-style.css and replace the Formats button and sub-menu.

I use a child theme of the same theme on both sites

Any suggestion on how to resolve this?

Good place to start is to look in the editor iframe head for the link tag that tries to load editor-style.css from the theme and/or the child theme, and see what’s wrong with it.
