multi site

  • dear support
    i try to use the plugin in my MU
    the plugin is installed and show in my FTP
    direct link to the plugin readme file is work
    i can see the plugin in the network dashboard
    but when i try to use in any web site
    the plugin is missing

    i try to for activate
    but i receive the same issue
    i cant use the plugin

    please advice

    Hi fisherofer,

    The plug-in has not been tested with multi-site. And unfortunately I don’t have any experience with using multi-site, so I’m not really sure what could be happening. As a starting point, I would use the browser debugger to check for any errors. Also look at the page source code in the browser debugger to see if the plug-in code is there.

    as a network admin i can see the plugin
    as a web admin i cant find the plugin in the list of the installed plugin, so i cant activate the plugin
