Multi Select check boxes always shows all choices

  • Hi, I know the developer has giving up supporting this plugin ?? however I’m hoping someone has run into this problem and found a solution. I have a checkbox field being populated by Taxonomy (custom categories). However, I do not want all the options available to be selected in the form. Whenever I hide a category, it always reappears on the saved form.

    Anyone know how to make the choices I want to appear in the form stick?
