Multi Select Box – add your own option

Hello,
Is it possible to let the users add their option to the multi select box, if they cannot find it in the admin defined list?
For example:
Select the car type:
– AUDI
– BMW
– FERARRI
– Add your option
[TEXTBOX TO FILL THE OPTION]Thank you!
