Multi rating plugin required

    I am looking for plugin that can show question based ratings.

    example:
    will you buy this product again [yes or no]
    Do you recommend this product to others [yes or no]

    an example can be seen at makeupalley.com and clicking on any product. I need the same rating plugin. Please help me i want to implement this on https://cutestep.com/
