A few days ago it seems my hosting service upgraded Apache and now mutil-paged posts (posts with !–nextpage– tag) are generating a 310 error on pages 2+ of the post. I found some clues in other older reports that this might be a permalink issue that may have been addressed in the next version. For an example, you can try this URL:

    https://asiaforvisitors.com/blog/2012/10/25/bangkok-from-the-river/2/

This is the URL as generated by WordPress. If you take off the trailing / you can actually see the correct post page, only the picture won’t display. Can anyone confirm that this is a bug that’s been addressed, and if there’s any (relatively simple) fix I can apply in the meantime?

I just installed the latest WP version (3.5) and it didn’t fix the problem. There are situations where I’d really like to use multi-page posts. Any idea how to fix this???

Anything on this? Just found one of my sites no longer wants to do nextpage and gives me a redirection loop

Why are you using an older version of WordPress?

    I’m not.. I’m on 3.5.1..

BUT I think our problem was the admin who set this up setup our WordPress Address (URL) & Site used camel case and the Apache conf had it as lower. Once they matched the site & multipage works

    I’m not.. I’m on 3.5.1..

Then as per the Forum Welcome, please post your own topic.

MichaelBKK, I fixed a similar problem by correctly adjusting the Permalink Structure and Category Base from the Network Admin…
