• Hello,
I have been using the plugin for a few weeks and was really impressed, loved it!

I have had a couple of issues which I thought I would mention, firstly, my multipage form completely disapeared today, whilst I could see it in the page design when I either previewed it or pubished it there was no form, the rest of the page showed as normal.

I cjhecked all the basic settings but could not find a reason as to why it was no longer displayed?

I restarted, reinstalled it etc. I eventually decided to rebuild the form again.

When I tried to insert a new form (multi-page) there are no field options displayed in the editor??? Althopugh if I add a single form they appear as normal. – I eventually decided to add a single page form which seems to work as normal.

As an add on, in case it is connected, I can no longer see the option anywhere to hide the form after submission??? Also I cannot seem to “save” a form to the library for re-use in another site or page?

As mentioned, I really like the plug in and hope to continue to use it.

    I would appreciate any guidance

    Thank you

    Larry

  • Hi @bigbudgie

There has been no major update to the plugin in past few days that can break the plugin. It seems more like another plugin conflict.

I would suggest you to deactivate all other plugins to test. If the issue resolves, then activate all your plugins 1 by 1 to trace the conflicting plugin.

Let me know how it goes.

    Hello,
Thank you for your response, I have deactivated the plugins as suggested, the problem remains? The field options for your plugin do not display in the available filed types, no field types are listed for “Guttenberg Forms”, they do however appear if choosing to design a “Standard” form.

I would appreciate any suggestions, also noticed that if you try and remove the “Gutenberg Forms” block, it does not remove it fully, the only way to do this is to delete the column or page.

    Thank you for your help

    Hi @bigbudgie

I’ve just tested it by create a new form on a new WordPress installation. And to me it works fine.

As Suggested earlier, this is probably be a conflicting plugin. After you deactivate all other plugins, could you please also make sure to purge your cache (if you are using any cache plugin).

And Btw, what theme are you using?
