Multi-NetWorks Update

  • i need to ask for support
    i have 1 installation of WP
    and i have many multinetworks in few languages
    how can i update/upgrade all of them in 1 click

    today i have to switch to each network and to upgrade/update the WP/Plugins/Themes

    Please Help
