    No. Multisite networks will not give you nested subfolders. Nested subdomains, yes. NOT folders.

    because you cannot map domains with a folder name in it.

    Thanks for the clarity Andrea.

    I guess I should have set them up as subdomains to start. I just like the SEO on nested folders better.

    Do you know if Ipstenu’s recommended plug-in works at all?

    It works, but not for the nested subfolders. nothing will give you that with one install.

    So, can you go back to the old way of doing it, create the folders and install a new instance in each folder?

    If it’s possible, it’s really a pain to manage, but I think that’s what you’re suggesting is possible.

    BTW, is it possible to change from a subfolder install to a subdomain one? Even with a re-installation?
