Multi language text on the same page

Hi, I’m building a website for a Thai Temple in the U.K. I’m not charging them anything so I’m gifting everything to the monks. My question is, in a text block, can I write a few lines in Thai then in English translating it, rather than install multi language plug in ? So it will be a copy and paste of Thai wording followed by manually entered English OR will this upset the system ? Thanks in advance.
