Multi language site WPML – possible with your chat?

Just to confirm, you’d like two instances of the chat? Or would you like to be able to switch between two languages on a page?

I think the best would be if I could see the visitors questions in english or swedish. I mean, that the visitors can be both english (looking at the english page) and swedish (looking at the swedish page), so questions can come both ways. I need to be able to show the visitors a local language chat window and be able to see both customers incoming questions and reply in each language to their local chat box. I hope you see what I mean.

Basically, I think the chat box perhaps could be the same, but only translated using WPML (just as any other page on the site) so the customer see the correct language in their end. In my end (back office) it does not matter what language, as long as I can reply back to them.

I understand what you mean.

The Pro version of the plugin works well with WPML as we have made changes to it to accommodate as many Localization plugins as possible. Are you a Pro user?
