Multi-Language Opt-In E-Mail and Successpage

Hey guys,

first of all, thanks for developing this helpful interface – I appreciate it! About my question: I use WPML on my website to offer it in multiple languages. What options do I have to send the text of the opt-in email in the respective language AND to then also redirect to different success pages (depending on the language)?
