Multi Language not working

  • rename files to: mts_wpt-xx_XX.mo and mts_wpt-xx_XX.po
    ex: mts_wpt-pt_BR.mo and mts_wpt-pt_BR.po

    Hello How can translate the titles to other languages. (I try to rename default files to ex :mts_wpt-ar_AR.mo and mts_wpt-ar_AR.po but it’s not working)
    plz help it’s urgent.
