Multi language and permanent message

Hello!
Simple Adblock Notice is very good plugin! I have two ideas about future versions.
1. Let’s support multi language messages (po,mo files).
2. Can you make option for permanent popup message (to remove close buttons), when user have adblocker?Thanks,
