Multi-inventory and smart checkout

Hello,

I am currently looking for a multi-inventory plugin and have checked a view ones (like the one from stockmanagementlabs, but still have a few questions and maybe can share some experiences).
Lets say we have 1 main website with 2 separate regions USA and EUROPE separated through subdomains and thus require 2 separate inventories.

1) Is there such a plugin and would it have a clear separation between the 2 inventories
2) Would it then be possible within WordPress to set permission so that certain users can only see inventory from USA and the other users can only see inventory EUROPE?
3) And during checkout, what if someone is just travelling to USA but enters their EUROPE address, can the order be deducted from EUROPE inventory automatically?
4) if point 3 is a yes, what would happen if a product is available in USA inventory but not in EUROPE inventory, would it just automatically state that the product is sold out?
