Multi-Form plugin not displaying form

    The multi-form page is not displaying the form properly.

    a) The form is working in all the test websites and various themes, but it is not working with my theme “CasAu” and child theme “Kleo Child” template. I am using the latest WordPress version “5.5.1” and about 30 other certified WordPress plugins that work fine.

    b) The form is NOT displaying the UI correctly in the WordPress admin dashboard nor the website URL user view.

    1) The form https://casaupoint.com/4test/test-form/ should be displayed like the following URL which is using the same multi-form page configuration and code.

    https://testing75.website/medical/gutenberg/

    2) Is there any reported or known problem with the multi-form plugin working with other plugins that would cause it not to display properly?

    3) Please respond as quickly as possible, we would like to know if your plugin will work for our needs or not. If there is something you can share with me regarding known or reported problems when the multi-form does not display properly, that will give us a direction to look into and possibly resolve the problem with the multi-form not displaying properly.

    Hi again,
    we had contact via our company website.
    We had a long dicussion via mail and we tried to help as best as we can.
    We rechecked the form in our Test Area with the latest Worpress version and it displays with a standard theme and with several others too without any issue.

    If you inspect the page with a browser inspector you can see that some ressources at your page are not loaded properly.

    https://casaupoint.com/4test/wp-content/plugins/multi-step-form/dist/scripts/msf-vendor.js?ver=1.7.0″.
    That might cause your error.
    We recommend e proper re-install after saving all forms and a backup of needed entries.

    Please refund my money as soon as possible.

    Your plugin does not work.

    1) The files you said might be the problem, were not installed on the working site: nor the site that is not working and it had nothing to do with the theme plugin.

    2) These files were not installed the “msf-vendor.js?ver=1.7.0” and “msf-frontend.js?ver=1.7.0” scripts!!!!

    3) We have used a different plugin to do the task.

    Please refund my money as soon as possible.

    I purchased the software plugin on Saturday, September 26, 2020 from California USA. Five (5) days ago.

    Hello,
    regarding to all the conversation with you and with a lot of satisfied users i only can say that the plughin works.
    Support for the PLUS is only available at our company page (regarding the forum rules).
    As you can see it works in the links you provided except the one with your theme.
    We tried to help even the problem is not plugin based.
