multi -downloads are not being received

    Hi, for some reason people are not receiving the free downloads, they receive all emails but no pdf attachments. I have checked the contact form 7, the download monitor, email before download plugin and can not find what the issue is?
    I have 2 sections that people can download pdfs one multi and other single neither work. See tags below.

    Hi @juanitac,

    There is a shortcode override to have the download attachment sent in an email. Try adding the attachment=”yes” to the end of the shortcode. For example, it should look like the following:
    [email-download download_id=”506,534,536,855,936,858,860″ contact_form_id=”231″ attachment=”yes”]

    [email-download download_id=”2392″ contact_form_id=”2391″ attachment=”yes”]

    but it has done something strange to the page, I have left it so you can see.

    also in the dashboard it has completely changed the layout of the page,layout if you want i can send screen shots?

    Hi @juanitac,

    After trying to receive an email from your form, we received none. To make sure it is working properly normal can you remove the attachment=”yes” from the shortcode? So after removing it will look like this:
    [email-download download_id=”506,534,536,855,936,858,860″ contact_form_id=”231″]
    Can you also make sure the ‘Default Delivery Format’ in the plugin settings is set to ‘Send Email’? This will help us try to narrow down the issue.

    I’m having the same issue.

    When I fill out the form the email gets sent out with a link ( https://www.obxhomes.com/?ebddl=14fdb1b075) which then redirects to “Oops! That page can’t be found.”
