• Hi,

I am using the free version of the plugin and have 2 queries –

    1. In your documentation it mentions that even the free version can have dynamic currency exchange rates got from Yahoo Finance. However I did not find this option. Do i need to upgrade to premium to get dynamic currency option ?

    2. In Shipping, I have a condition that if the cart amount is greater than INR 30,000 that the shipping is free. However, this does not translate to other currency amounts correctly. So for example, INR 30,000 rought approximates USD 470, if a user has selected USD as the currency and is in the checkout page in USD, even if his amount is greate than USD 470, it still charges him / her a shipping rate. How do i set the shipping fee logic for different currencies ? Can this happen automatically based on the currency conversion rate.

I am happy to upgrade to the premium plugin but need to make sure this works.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello pavanhemdev,
Thank you for using or plugin.
    1. Yes, you need to upgrade to premium to get dynamic currency option. And now we are using Google Finance instead of Yahoo Finance on premium version.
    2. You don’t need to set anything up. Our plugin will automatically syncs data with WooCommerce, include shipping method. This problem may caused by wrong setting or conflict between our plugin and other plugin in your site. If you upgrade to premium version you will get support from our technicians. They will help you to solve the problem if it still happen with premium version. So don’t be worry that it may not work.

    Hi Julian,

    Thanks for the prompt reply.

    1. Noted.
    2. Noted. As long as we don’t have to update woo commerce, wordpress or the theme to get it working. Can I share the credentials with you and can you confirm that I wont have to do the above. You can provide me the solution later (after we purchase it).

Also, another client wants to use the plugin on a multi site woocommerce website. Does your plugin support multi site woocommerce set up and will I have to buy the plugin twice for the multi site? I currently have another currency plugin on the multi site but it does not work on the second site

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

@jan – You make a valid point. Thank you.

    Hello pavanhemdev,
I misunderstood you. I did not mean you to send your site login, I thought that was something like a contract that we will support if there is any problem with our plugin.
