Multi-Currency & Default Payment Curreny, old chestnut.

    been reading the older messages concerning using multiple-currencies within WordPress and just wanted to know if things had improved, as I’m thinking of moving from my hand-coded monsters to the modular world of WP, but the lack of multi-currency is scaring me. Has support for changing shop currency improved, e.g. dropdown selection box?
    I set my conversion rates between USD, EUR and GBP so prices are consistent. so need for external API calls.

    Also, the talk of having to checkout and pay in the default currency of the shop to me makes no sense, especially when paying through a gateway like PayPal, can this be overridden?
