Multi Country site with different payment gateways

I would like advice on how to setup my ecommerce website using wordpress and woocommerce. Currently we run 2 sites, one for South Africa and one for South Korea due to us having stock on both locations, and having 2 separate companies. It is a bit of a challenge to update each site separately. I’m aware of geo location plugins, but is there are way that my site could be duplicated onlky for the ecommerce side, meaning when the potential customer is from South Africa, the product pricing will show in South African rands, and when they make a purchase from South Africa they will be directed to South African payment gateways, and vice versa for Korea?
